The benefits of hiking when pregnant
While waiting for your child to be born, you could take the opportunity to walk to awaken all your senses & experience each moment the full. Immerse yourself in the heart of nature The flora that surrounds you plays a key role in enhancing your everyday well-being. It’s also a great way to work on your breathing. This will help your body to be better prepared for the day you give birth
Keep 1 thing in mind: if the fresh air of nature gives you butterflies in your stomach, your baby will benefit too.
Practising sports when pregnant?
Whatever the physical activities you have chosen, always consult your doctor/midwife before starting.
Doing sport during pregnancy means above all listening to your body and knowing how to slow down when your baby wants you to. If you were active before you became pregnant, the urge to moderate your exercise will come naturally.
You can use this benchmark to exercise safely: exercise to 60 % of your heart’s capacity.
Our commitment to consume less water thanks to self-dyeing
Textile dyeing requires a lot of water but also produces waste water from the dye baths. We use a mass pigmentation process that involves adding the colour pigments when the yarn itself is produced.
We have used this design process for our black coloured trousers.
Our commitment to consume less water thanks to the so-called “Dry dyed” process
This dyeing process uses little water, because it’s carried out using a machine operating with pressurised gas to fix the colour on the fabric.
We have used this design process for our khaki coloured trousers.
